Your Fault: London was just released on Amazon Prime Video June 17, continuing the story of Noah and Nick after the events of ‘My Fault: London’.
The film explores the challenges the couple faces as their relationship is tested by family pressure, personal ambitions such as Noah going to university and the decisions they need to make that could alter their future, writes Film News Blitz’s Spencer Oza.
Fans have been patiently waiting since February 2025 to see the next chapter of their journey, which builds on the romance, drama, and emotional conflicts that made the first film so popular.
The book adaptation background
The story of ‘Your Fault: London’ is based on the second book in Mercedes Ron’s bestselling Culpables trilogy.
Before the London adaption was created, the books were first adapted into a Spanish film series, beginning with ‘Culpa Mia (My Fault)’, followed by ‘Culpa Tuya (Your Fault)’ and ‘Culpa Nuestra (Our Fault)’.
Due to the success of both novels and the Spanish films, Amazon MGM Studios decided to make an English-language version set in London.
This resulted in ‘My Fault: London’ and ‘Your Fault: London’, which retell the original story with a new cast and updated details while staying true to the main plot from the original.
Plot overview
‘My Fault: London’, the first film of the adaption, introduced Noah and Nick and the beginning of their intense and complicated relationship.
The story follows Noah as she is forced to move into a new, wealthy household after her mother marries a rich man, where she meets her new stepbrother Nick.
Despite their immediate clashes due to their different personalities, an undeniable connection begins to form between them.
They are drawn into a secret romance that quickly becomes both passionate and risky, setting the stage for ‘Your Fault London’.
‘Your Fault: London’ raises the stakes from the first film, pushing Noah and Nick into a new chapter where their relationship is tested in ways they never expected.
While they try to hold on to what they have built, pressures from family, life decisions, and outside influences begin to challenge their bond more than ever before.
The cast performances
Asha Banks is a British actress and singer who has quickly established herself as a promising young actress in film and tv. She plays the lead role of Noah in the movie.
Her experience has allowed her to understand Noah’s character’s emotion, relationship, and her struggles, allowing her to deliver a performance that felt both authentic and relatable.
Matthew Broome, who has appeared in several television and film projects such as ‘The Buccaneers’, has quickly gained recognition due to his lead role as Nick.
He brings charisma, confidence and emotional depth to a character who is often torn between his tough exterior and his genuine feelings for Noah.
The pair bring fresh energy and chemistry to the beloved characters, helping to introduce the story to a new international audience.
What to expect next
It has been confirmed that the third film has been shot, as it was filmed at the same time as ‘Your Fault: London’, so it is at least in post-production.
Amazon might hold off on the third film until next year to spread out the movie releases.
Hopefully fans won’t have to wait long to see the final chapter of Nick and Noah’s journey.
